July Release Highlights
In June, our team continued to enhance the TURBOARD platform, addressing 155 issues to improve stability, security and performance. This month, we're excited to roll out a major upgrade to dashboard interactivity, a critical new security feature, and new tools for precise analytical control.
Slicers for Simple PTs & GIS
We've supercharged how filtering works on simple (measureless) pivot tables and GIS maps. Now, when you enable the “Slicer” on these dashlets, you can choose from a list of available data fields to act as the filter ‒ even if the filter field isn't a visible measure. This turns your tables and maps into powerful, interactive control panels for deeper data exploration.

Enhanced Security: MFA by E-mail
Security is our top priority. Administrators can now secure their TURBOARD environment by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by E-mail for all users. When activated, users will be prompted to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered email after entering their credentials. This adds a crucial layer of security, ensuring only authorized users can access their accounts.
Administrators can enable this feature on the ‘/admin/auth/mfasettings’ page.
Advanced Sorting for Stacked Column Charts
We've introduced an advanced sorting option directly into the interface for Stacked Column Charts. Go beyond sorting by totals. With our new advanced sorting, you can now use the “Order By Stack” option to select a specific measure from within the stack to drive the sort order. This gives you precise control to instantly see which categories lead in the metrics that matter most to you.
