Beyazweb Technologies and TURBOARD worked together to bring the power of Business Intelligence to municipal services management.

Beyazweb Technologies is a reputable software company that has been developing and providing municipal services management solutions to different municipalities and institutions across Turkey.

“Beyazweb E-Municipality” software enables municipalities to electronically deliver and manage the services they offer to citizens in a reliable digital environment.

Although the software is a scalable system that has been developed to integrate with and collect data from the different data sources of the municipality, it lacked the ability to analyze and intelligently visualize and report this data and present it in a more valuable form. Therefore, Beyazweb started considering the importance of business intelligence as a data-driven decision support tool for their clients.

By combining the vast experience of Beyazweb in municipalities’ domain with TURBOARD’s experience in business intelligence and data analytics, TURBOARD and Beyazweb worked together to bring to municipalities an integrated BI module that would generate actionable organizational insights, create interactive reports, extend procedures automation, and simplify the decision-making and planning processes.

TURBOARD is embedded as a BI and reporting module within the “Beyazweb E-Municipality” application in which all the users of the application can benefit from the dashboards and analytic reports, and share actionable information and insightful data.
