TURKCELL, equipped these complexes with very high quality technological infrastructure matching their superior construction standards, and deployed Turkey's best HIMS created by a team of TURKCELL's expert engineers.

Initially, TURKCELL planned to deploy an in-house BI solution as part of their HIMS, which could be easier to adapt over time, and requires no dependency on an external vendor.

However, building an enterprise BI solution is complex. It requires industry experience to determine what data to look at and the technology skills to manipulate that data into a valuable form.
