ASU utilisation and output
Capacity utilisation against target and daily production of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and CO2, with Vis-a-Vis comparison against the same days last month.
TURBOARD brings air separation, filling, cylinder logistics, energy prices and sales into one governed model, so industrial gas and chemical producers see cost, margin and delivery performance per product and region.
Industrial, medical and specialty gas production is energy-intensive: in air separation, electricity is typically the largest cost item. Production data comes from SCADA and plant historians, cylinder and tank movements from logistics systems, electricity and raw material prices from market indices, and selling prices from the ERP. Reviewed separately, a rising cost line can run for months under a flat price before anyone sees the margin narrowing.
TURBOARD blends plant, logistics, energy and commercial data into a single model with shared definitions. Unit cost per Nm³ is broken down into electricity, raw material, labour and maintenance, compared with the selling price and with competitor prices where that data exists, and followed down to plant, gas and customer. Production, logistics and finance read the same figures, and pricing decisions start from evidence rather than estimates.
A production operations dashboard with cost trend, cost composition, ASU utilisation, cylinder cycle rate and regional delivery times. JAS Explain summarises it, then JAS answers what drove this month’s argon cost increase and how the selling price should change, with the margin and market share of each price option side by side.

Electricity unit price and consumption per Nm³ tracked alongside the cost composition, showing how much of each margin change comes from energy.
Selling price, production cost and gross margin per gas, customer segment and region, with conditional formatting marking erosion below target.
Active and idle cylinders, cycle rates, customer tank levels where telemetry is available, and assets that have not come back.
Trips, delivery times and volumes by region and depot against target, showing where routes and fleet need attention.
Purity and batch results against specification, traceable from batch to filling line and customer.
Electricity price increases appear in cost reports weeks after they hit production.
Electricity prices and plant consumption feed the same model as cost and price, so the margin impact is visible as the data refreshes.
Cylinders sit at customer sites for months, tying up capital and slowing cycle rates.
Cycle rates and idle cylinders by customer and region, with scheduled reports sending the list to the responsible team.
Production, logistics and quality each prepare their own exports, in their own format.
Each team builds its own analyses on the governed model and exports to PDF, Excel, PowerPoint or Word; row-level permissions decide who sees what.
Process parameters and commercial terms must not leave the company network.
TURBOARD and JAS run inside your infrastructure, with offline small language models where required.
JAS, the AI assistant built into TURBOARD, answers from the governed production and cost model, and can run fully on-premise when formulas and contracts must stay inside. Ask in plain language and she finds the data, builds the chart and explains it. With personas, a production manager reads about capacity bottlenecks while the CFO reads about price and margin — from the same numbers.
